Default Decided to take your advice on a great setup

I've lurked about and have seen others ask what to get if they had a big budget and as my new job here in Tampa had a recruitment bonus, I decided it was time to step up and give myself a technological edge over my current STi Driver. Here is what I bought

    -LI HP Quad
    -V1
    -9500Ci
    -Cheetah GPS Mirror

I will post some pics once everything is delivered and installed. The shop that did my paint and body work is fabbing a custom grill for me that will be powdercoated black to make the install look great.

As I frequently drive back to NC, I may install a CB next.

Here are some current pics of my car.

I don't think an HP LI was necessary, but if your new job pays that well go for it. I can guarantee there won't be any PT's if mounted right.

You really went all out, very nice! Nothing wrong with buying the best if you got the money for it. That has to be the stealthiest Shelby ever..

That is a great setup. However, the HP was not needed.

Beautiful car and set-up! You've got all your bases covered, for sure. Maybe a CB for the road trips if you want that extra edge for little money.

I am going to go out on a limb here and say the 'little' money part doesn't really matter to this guy...

Congratulations on your purchases. You'll definitely be wanting a CB if you don't have one before that first time you get hit with IO on the highway at point blank range with absolutely no warning.

It'll be kinda hard to spend a lot of money on a CB unless he goes with something silly like an export radio (that probably wouldn't fit anyway) or an amp. $150-200 should do just fine. That's all been covered before in the appropriate section.

There's nothing wrong with paying for the best jammer you can afford for the piece of mind. Sometimes, even if something seems to work OK, knowing that there's something better out there starts to eat away at your confidence and satisfaction. Of course I'm just generalizing because laser isn't a problem here...
