lasershield affected by snow/salt?

will my lasershield be affected by snow or salt in the winter? the snow is just starting to hit here in wisconsin and i dont want to ruin it by not knowing.

It's made of pretty tough plastic, a little snow or salt shouldn't hurt it. Heck, a layer of salt will probably make it even more effective.

Mine holds water sometimes between the plate & the shield. That might make for an interesting GOL test. "Dry against holding moisture." The interesting thing is when the water is there the shield is almost perfectly clear & a little hazy when dry.

Id cry if my car was that dirty...its been raining here on and off for 2 weeks and I think I have washed my car 12 times....i hate a dirty car....if i can get 2 days without rain I am happy..as soon as it stops its cleaned agaon :roll: :roll: :roll: ops:
