    Default X Band in Wisconsin?

Does anyone know if X band is used in Wisconsin anymore? About 6-8 years back I got hit with it from a cop in Rhinelander which is a town of about 7,500. Since then, I have never been hit with it again. But then again, in 2003 when I got my 8500, I just turned off x-band same as I plan on doing with my new V1 that I get tomorrow.

Thank you in advance for some answers. Chris

    Default x band

I doubt that there are any agencies there with X band, but one can never be 100% sure!

As an example, last year I came across a Federal Parks Officer in SD with X band

I leave X-band on, even though I haven't run across any police using it for a LONG time. In the back of my mind I'm afraid that I am going to run across some small town cop that pulled an old unit out of storage...
