C/O Day...

Theoretically if every LEO, School Bus, Ambulance, Fire Truck, etc. were running C/O K/Ka at full blast just for one day nonstop how much of a reduction would you notice in your speed?

I know that when the schools end around here that we would be microwaved alive. My RD would be going off nonstop!!! I would refuse to go even 5 over the PSL, I'd be too terrified to even speed in the silent 5 seconds I might get LMAO. What driving habits would you form?
