Default Radar detectors in Europe. Please help!!!

    Hello.

I live in Denmark. I would like to buy a radar detector. I looked at Beltronics rx65. I have read some tests and I thought that it was a good radar.
But then I visited http://www.radarshop.com/#. It is an european rarad detector shop. The radar detectors they sell are different than radar detectors in USA. For example, they have Beltronics "Target Euro 550". Is it better to buy Beltronics RX65 or Beltronics "Target euro 550"?

The next problem is that most radars in Denmark are lasers. I have read that a radar detector is not enough, because by the time you hear your detector's laser alert you've just been caught. What shall I buy?
I have read about Laser Veil. Is it a good thing? More info: http://www.laserveil.com/
Most companies, for example Beltronics, have special laser jammers. For example Beltronics has LaserPro™ 905. more info: http://www.beltronics.com/lp905.html
But I have read some tests, where they say, that The Blinder M20 X-Treme is the best one.

What shall I buy? What is the best thing against laser? Is it better to paint lights with Laser Veil or to buy for example The Blinder M20 X-Treme? Is it possible to see that the car has a radar jammer? Is it difficult to install a radar jammer?

    Thank you very much

    Sincerely,
    Peter

For laser jamming buy the Blinder (M20 for cars M40 for SUV and big trucks) and buy the Laser Veil.

For Europe I´d recommend the Valentine One or the Bel Vector 975R. They both detect radar and laser. As for laser defenses, use a laser jammer (Blinder M20 or Lidatek LE-30) and couple it with the Veil on your headlights and license plate.

Is it right that when you hear the alert, you have already been caught, or do you have some seconds to speed down?

Is it difficult to install Blinder M20? Is it possible to turn it on and off?

You slow down, turn it off, officer gets a reading of legal speed, and off you go until your next encounter. There is an audible alert that lets you know that the Blinder is jamming

The Valentine 1 doesn't cover all european bands

I would recommend the BEL 990 international, or BEL RX65 or BEL V995.
Make sure if you buy it from america you turn on Ku-Band and set Ka band to international

Laser definitely invest in VEIL, and get a Lidatek or Blinder laser jammer if legal in your country.

Typically (not every time) with a radar detector by the time you hear the warning you've been caught. With the Blinder when you hear the warning the cop is shooting you with laser, but he isn't getting a speed reading.

Rob, the V1 covers ALL the Euro bands. Not sure about the X band in France and Belgium (supposedly about 9 Ghz), but none of the other models cover a 9 GHz frequency either. peter, when the laser hits you you must brake hard, because the officer may have made a bad reading and will try to target you again. Otherwise yes, when it beeps you´re screwed. I recommend Veil and Valentine One combined. If the officers usually make laser measurements at over 150 meters you will be fine.

    Thank you very much.

If I buy Blinder M20, will it be difficult to install it? I don't know how it works. Does it need electricity from the battery? How can I turn it off (with a button inside?). Is it difficult to connect all these parts of Blinder M20? Can you see that a car has laser jammer installed?

I am very interested in Veil. If laser jammers aren't legal in my country, so Veil is the best sollution, isn't it? But is it possible to clear it away? Or it will dissappear after some months?

For laser it is a no brainer get the Blinder and a can of Veil

The Blinder does not give off any jamming codes that I am aware of and it will jam and notify you when you are being hit with laser.

The Veil will also bring down the reflectivity of a laser gun down, helping you avoid the laser traps:

As far as the RX65, Beltronics does not allow the transhipment of this unit outside of the USA. However they do allow export of the V995. For use overseas, this would also be a better choice as it is not programmed for the US Ka bands.
