Saves: More than I can count
Just checked an outside link for it; seems they're counting every common LEO frequency as a "band" for detection purposes (ie, 33.8, 24.7 and 35.5 are each their own "band"), and they're counting each type of lidar unit as a "band" as well. Each of the four types of Spectre is, apparently, a "band" that can be detected as well.
So by their logic, every individual frequency radar runs at is a "band" for detection purposes. If that's the standard, then the the V1 and Redline must be "infinity-band" detectors!
Darn it, the second I buy a V1 a better detector comes out for way cheaper!
I dare someone to buy it
if only we had this at radarbusters.com
Who makes this detector by the way? Is this a RMR under new skin with a new name? Inquiring minds want tl know? I saw during a search where someone was asking a question. It seems his early warning detector was picking up automatic gate signals and no radar. Maybe it's immune to the spectre because it has no radar technology and is just a gate opener masquerading as a radar detector.
It's a "Early Warning" RD. They have been around, actually, for many years. Never really made any good RD....as one can imagine.
