How often does a detector change software? Like the redline?

So I believe the Redline from Belscort was released around the end of 2009? How often do most units change? For example a unit made in Jan 2010, will it be different than a unit made at the beginning of Oct 2010?

Escort will be coming out with a new model before they update the Redline's software.

Yes the Redline's of today are slightly different than the ones made previous. The question is how many times in a year?

They are usually so minor there would be almost no reason to publicaly anounce it.

Maybe if Escort ever offers "Advanced user" software that would be something to announce, and send it in for. (of course there would be a small fee)
