Default Stealthiest vehicle money could buy...

So I just finished reading the Driver by Alex Roy. In it he described his trip across country in his M5... Which begs the question... Short of pixi dust and Magic RMR radar detection devices. What would be the the best CM set up for intense highway driving that money could buy?

    My thoughts
    Car-CTS V (Black everything)
    Whelen Strobes and Siren
Radar Detection- V1 on windshield, STI-R in grill
Lasar CM's- Li quad hp on the front, quad hp in back as well as veil
Break Light kill switch (for night time cruising)
Thermal Camera with myvu glasses for the co pilot and a display for the driver
    For Vascar- SureCheck TPAS
    Uniden CB with wilson 1000
a trunking scanner of some sort
3G enabled laptop for copilot with weather and traffic
Tom Tom and Garmin GPS systems
    Speed Cameras - Cheetah C50
    iPad running trapster
    gyrostabilized binoculars (for copilot)
Go Pro HD Helmet cams on the front and rear and cannon HSF10 flash memory hd cameras in the cabin
    Scorpion KA Jammer

    Did I miss anything?

    A silver 9C1 Impala.

    • License plate hider
    • 9500ci on the front with Zr4's shifters on side view mirrors rear shifter on the roof facing forward.
    • Veil everything reflective
    • LI QUAD HP two on front and two on back would do.
    • V1 with color CD
    • Moose Lights
    • Sti-R for the rear
    • GPS with Trapster and marks for all the crossovers on highways
    • Cell Phone Jammer that does 3g and Wi-fi too
    • Galaxy CB and digital scanner with antennas that wind up and hide inside the trunk
    • Brake light kill switch
    • Black out all emblems
    • Night Vision and Cameras with automatic zoom that look farther up that road than I can see
    • Binoculars
    • Train Horn
    • Can't forget massive Brembo brakes
    • Almost forgot the Stalker DSR 2X
    • liquid-cooled infrasonic wave pulse generator
    • Paint that you can change the color of?

Ah yes forgot about train horns and why not just make the shifters on the mirror LI duals lol. I almost forgot to add emergency Lidatek LE10's which might cause the person running lidar to go blind. And yeah you could perhaps strategically place sprinkler like jets that pop out when activated and spray water. Then just paint up your car with a washable art paint and if you are in some serious SH**T just activate the sprinklers and wash off the top layer

    I vote for this, except...

Make it the 800 Hennessey CTS-V.
