9500ci vs 3600?

Does anyone actually own a 3600 and use it? How would u compare it to the CI? Is it like a V1 or Redline....or is it still a Whistler?

^^^This is a new topic... First 3600 v. (other detector) thread I've seen. And it may help someone considering a 3600 to decide later on.

The price of the 3600 is a lot better, but I don't think there's enough testing out for the 3600 to have an answer yet.

And i don't think a 350$ unit can compare to a 500$ redline, a 700$ STIR, or a 9500ci.
especially a remote unit that cheap

I kinda agree. I just didnt know what to expect from this unit...but i had had cheaper objects in life that did VERY well with their price/power ratio..I guess ill have to wait til someone uses one..

I have seen it on Amazon for less than $300.

Once some testing is done we will know. Most likely it will be great for price and do a fine job like most Whistlers. BUt it wont compare to a 9500ci in any way, 2 very different items.
