A heads up display that would integrate with my Laser Interceptor, V1 and my 9500IX it should display all alerts and my current speed.

Sorry, taxicabs cannot handle such technology. :P

Integrate it all with a carpc.
I'm hoping to develop something down the road. The only problem (with the 9500ix) is it doesn't have a data port that provides any display info. Just a single alert LED. 9500ci is a different story though. In the meantime, just buy two LI duals.
Someday I hope to develop a device that gives me (1) a V1 display, (2) LI jam indications (with arrows if 2 LIs are connected), auto-JTK, jam and kill timing (how long did you really jam that LEO, and how long did it take you to react (jam-to-brake time)?) and (3) automute and other enhancements to the V1 experience.
I could make it a black box that connects between the V1 and the concealed display, using the CD as the display for everything, or maybe provide a LCD display with more details.
If I'm passing you on the right, YOU are in the wrong lane!
If speed kills, how come I'm still alive?

Sounds like a good idea. Surprised escort or LI hasn't come out with a HUD for better integration.
BTDT, had it in my E46 M3. It's not made anymore and no HUD -- just instrument cluster display or nav display. It was a nice first try though. Too bad they're no longer in business.
I did have the concealed display on the dash at one time to read the reflection on the windshield. I suppose it would work ok but I didn't like the non-integrated look of it sitting on the dash. If you do this you need to remove the outer case of the CD and swap two pairs of wires going to the 7-segment LED so that the reflection is mirrored. You also need to put some sort of plastic or something on the windshield so you don't have two reflections, if you have that kind of glass.
