    Default Redline v. Sti-R +?

For those of you that have a RL and a Plus...how would you compare them? Very similar, kinda similar??? Performace wise on KA and K bands?

I know the RL doesn't have GPS and shifters and Segmentation....But are they VERY similar in reaction times and range?

Thanks for your comments in advance!!!

I don't think the plus has shifters either.

    STiR+ has optional shifters.

STi-R+ has better ramp-up and with RDR off and Ka segmentation it can be more reactive to I/O and QT than the Redline.

The Redline has horrible reaction time compared to my STi-R. My STi-R is much better than the Redline on off-axis as well. I can assume that the plus will be the same.

Dang dude, I thought you liked it. IMO, you're just looking for an excuse to upgrade, but nothing's wrong with that!

Haha. The Redline is still awesome. My STi-R is just a monster on anything Ka especially 35.5 and off-axis.

I wonder how it compares to long range detects - like in my case in open desert. Looks like a fantastic unit.

Just watched the vids - you're not getting the same sort of detection that I typically get on Redline. Where is it mounted? I always get an alert WAY before I can see the LEO, including off-axis way down the street.

Redline is slow and sluggish at times but the STI R Plus is as close to perfection as I have seen thus far from any manufacturer
