I was driving on I-95 and 34.7GHz started chirping so I slowed down and passed the state trooper doing 60MPH in a 65MPH. So get this, another couple miles down the road I spot an unmarked Crown Vic not running radar, which I also passed at 60MPH in a 65MPH zone. As I pass by I look back and I see him pull out so I pulled into the travelling lane and drove slow in front of a semi so no car could get in behind me. Well the gap finally made room for him to pull me over. So heres the facts: I contested.
What I allegedly did: Many miles more north I apparently passed a Game Warden and he sped up to 85MPH and I was allegedly pulling away. The Game Warden was in an unmarked Tundra. Anyways, I got a ticket from an officer which was issued by the Game Warden for imprudent speeding. The cop said I must have been going 100MPH+ . I certainly was not. Does that even make sense? I'm not on radar, there's no speed, just imprudent speeding and a fine. I think I can win since both the Game Warden and the State Trooper have to show up.
