Flipping Off Police Officers Constitutional, Federal Court Affirms

You have the right to do this now and can give this article to the police you do it too but you also have the right to beat perfectly senseless after you do it

Did this to a state trooper on H17 in Myrtle Beach last summer. He was in his cruiser hitting his radar as people passed by, he whipped out so fast and pulled us. Asked me if it was directed at him and I told him kinda, but nothing personal. (I was very nice about it...haha) Still wrote me a $25 seatbelt ticket.

Not a good idea. As the officer says, there are 500 traffic laws, I am sure I can find one.

Yeah... and the punchline is the traffic ticket for the 1 or more of 500 violations he'll find. Then that same person is in here whining about how to get out of the ticket- Pure hil[arity.

Its best to not antagonize people who have the power to screw with you. Lawyers, Police officers, Judges. You may have the right to do it but you need to think if it is the right thing to do.

Don't poke the bears. They're grumpy enough as it is.

Contempt of Cop, number one reason for not getting a warning and even possibly ending up with multiple summonses.
