Default V1 Savvy muting device works with Redline!

Did anyone else realize that savvy works with Redline too. It mutes all alerts under the speed you have set! The savvy also powers up the redline too! Awesome....

I would just like to get that info out there. It is a nice addition to the redline.

Very interesting. As a Driver on the road nearly living behind the wheel some weeks, I ordered my second V1 with Savvy and am very happy with it's function. Good coverage, Arrows, a signal strength meter and auto muting for city driving based on speed is fabulous.

I fly across the country often and the V1 case is excellent too. Bought the Bluetooth and just don't use it. The OBD II plug in is a pleasant connection since I drive vehicles with too few 12v power ports or non working cigarette lighters.

Seriously? That's cool I need it. Is it hard to install?

Hold The Train...I don't think I would risk it, seems I heard someone had issues with it and had to send their RedLine in for repair. Might have even been Kasher himself, I'm not sure.

thanks, I'll have to look into that. Maybe Escort will come out with something you can add to an existing detector...
