    Default My favorite detectors

For the past year I have been running Radenso ProSe and the Uniden R3. Both are great detectors, but I have to give the edge to Uniden on range of detection. What I have a problem with is the upgrading of the detectors, because it seems like on my computer, it never goes easy, and I have to take both to my son who can upgrade on his computer. That being said, it is a personal problem and no reflection on the detectors. I see now that Uniden is coming out with the R7. It is a never ending game in the competition of detectors. I did try a Valentine...for one day..and gave it back to the person who loaned it to me.

These new beauties stop up the drain for sure. I won't run a DB detector. Too many errors. Too time consuming. The manual MARK site button sux because cops know those zones and shoot you there after you've marked it out! Visual acuity, channel 19, and Waze help, but rd range and rejection rule.
