in lower grill close to as headslights as possible and a diameter of 18" cover the plate

That's a tough one because the headlights are huge. I say buy an extra transmitter and put one transmitter over the plate and the other two as close as you can to the headlights.

You should also buy veil for that car.

i'd definately suggest veil and a blinder m20.

an m40 is more designed for a huge vehicle like a hummer.

i would split the placement between the headlights and the plate and put them on the lower part of the bumper fascia.

veil will then know out the lights as a source of the reflection.

you have demonstrated exactly our point with jammers. the two can indeed work well together and veil can help with difficult installs (like this one.)

It all depends on the cop. I'm convinced that it's going to happen to somebody at some point. It's important to slow down and kill it so that they don't suspect anything. Otherwise they will figure out what's going on and they WILL start pulling people to take a closer look.

for me it would be 50/50 chance that you might get pulled over but yes i would let them get my speed affter you have slowed down its all about how a cop feels

Considering that we would know exactly what's going on and know what to look for? I think I probably would.
