It would take a lot of effort but wouldn't be technically challenging. Google earth allows data to be hacked into it and easily transmitted over the internet. It would be great if people with mobile GPS's made notations of the coordinates of speed traps when they encounter them and add them to a central website. Then, someone could easily download the GPS data and view it on google earth or even put it into their mobile GPS and get warnings.
Just a thought, I don't have that kind of time
