Another post has this quote from a guy at Whistler:
"Taking your unit out of POP mode will actually increase your K and Ka sensitivity about 1-2db."
What does this mean? Increased range or increased detection of weak signals? I'm thinking since POP isn't widely used (if at all) in my area, it might be a good idea to turn it off.
If I take my detector out of POP mode, it goes into VG-2 mode. Does VG-2 affect the range/performance of the detector in any way (I don't need VG-2).
