 HPD Heavy Enforcement Day
Well on the scanner I picked up HPD running an undercover speeding operation on a tactical channel.... I was driving down the 290 feeder, and then I see a cop shooting a PL3!
Very cool stuff. I guess when HPD runs these kinds of operations, they go all out in Traffic Enforcement!
