Default Got an antenna but now i need a CB. HELP!

OK so after a lot of planing and with help from this forum i have installed a 4 foot wilson fiberglass antenna on the back of my SUV. But the connectors i got don't fit the handheld CB radio (cobra road trip) i have. The CB store is over an hour away from me so rather then just go all the way back there and get a new cable i think it is time i get a new CB. With the hand held i don't have a seperate mic so i have to bring the whole thing to my face. I know that it mostly has to do with the antenna but what CB would you recomend. Here is what i'm looking for.

Not too tall in height( this is going under my drivers seat so i would like it to be skinny. but not a real priority)

between 100-180 bucks (will go to 200 if it is worth it)

Also if you recomed a model could you also give me the demensions.
    thanks a lot.

Get a Undien 510xl or 520xl...And buy it tuned and peaked which will increase the performance of the radio. Handheld radios can not be tuned and peaked so once they fall out of tune you need to buy a whole new radio which is a bit of a pain

I thought cobra CB's were pretty good? Yes there radar detectors are horrible, but I dont think their CBs are that bad.

If you want something slim you can get the radio shack mini-CB, i think uniden and cobra have a smilar model as well.

Well i ended up in a radio shack and the only CB they had was a 29 WX NW ST Mobile CB. I don't get a signal from my house but i didn't with my old CB and antenna setup so i'm not too worried. I hope i didn't get a bad CB. I thought that cobra made good CBs? Was i wrong? Anyway i am a little confused about SWR tunning i followed the instructions on the radio and it says that anything less then 3 is good i am getting 1.5. Also on my antenna package it say to tune it to a 2:1 ratio. How do i do this? Is it the same way of tuning (like i did on the CB to get the 1.5)? Does this mean my ratio is 1:1.5? i'm sure that all sounded confusing sorry.
    anyway thanks for the help
