Just got my new GRE PSR-500 Scanner
The new PSR-500 Scanner from GRECOM is now shipping and I just got mine yesterday.
It is one amazing scanner.
I bought the Pro-97 about 8 weeks ago to tide me over till this came. It's a really good scanner too. Now I'm thinking of selling it - or maybe I'll keep it and use it in the house, I don't know.
Anyway, I wanted to let any of you scanner enthusiasts know that this new radio is out.

Well, there's a lot. It is really unique in the way it is programmed.
Audio is very good. Fully digital.
It's the most advanced one out.
What advantages does it have over the BCD-396T?

Someone just reviewed it locally where I live and said it was awesome. I don't even remember what it did but know that it was awesome.
how much smaller is it than the pro96 ...
I heard its not much smaller and that's not very attractive to me...
Gre's audio is the best in the bizz...
the uni 396 is the smallest digital scanner to date but I'd buy the gre 1st just because of the audio..
I do remember hearing the new gre features are close capture and a signal bar...
Wow is it really worth it?
it's basically the same size, I believe. I have the Pro 97 and it's the exact same size but the screen is in the middle and is bigger.
Is it worth it? Good question. I'm still playing with it, but so far so good.
Cool beans, I did see that the gre 500 is about a inch smaller than the pro96....
I hear only good things with this new gre scanner....
Good luck with it dude, I don't want one unless its size woulda been smaller....
Yeah, I'd like a smaller one too - but this one rocks so far.
