Besides the handheld ones, or maybe can i put the anthenna some where else beside on top of the trunk so ever body could see. I want it so know one nows.

Yeah... as Reb said: This is not possible if you want your CB to work. Notice I didn't say work correctly... without an antenna it just will not work at all. (The radio will turn on, and thats about all.)
Also if you try to TX (transmit: talk to others) without an antenna on your CB, you will blow the finals in the radio (if not the first time... after a few times).
