    Hi,
    Just wondering if there was anyone out there that know if there was a mod for cell phones for the bct8 scanner

    Yes, I know. No, there is not.

    Scanners that could be cell-hacked were no longer available way before TrunkTracking scanners came out. And around the same time, 99 percent of cellular went digital, meaning you couldn't hear it even if you could tune the frequencies.
