Questions on my new BCT-8

I have tracked down and programmed most of the local law enforcement channels for my area, but we race in Omaha and they have gone trunk tracker.
Here are the frequencies I need to put into my scanner, but have no idea how the thing works.

So how can I decipher what exactly I need to put into my scanner from this list. I need all the Omaha Police channels, as well as the Douglas County Sheriff. Oh by the way, I'm a street racer....not one of those little rice cars, I have a 700hp 98 Camaro SS.

Unfortunately the BCT-8 can NOT listen to digital systems like the one used in your county :x....So you need to get a digital scanner.

Well the BCT8 was a gift. No big deal. So what model of digital scanner should I invest in. I thought any trunk tracker scanner would pick up Omaha Police.
