    Default Best scanner antenna?

I know that for a CB radio a very good antenna, Wilson 5000 for instance, makes all the differance, but what about a scanner, especially a DIGITAL scanner (396T), it's important what antenna you have or anything is good enough to listen to ALL police talk around you :?:
    TIA

Does this go along with the Pro 97 too? (are these the best for this scanner?)

I will have to narrow it down a bit, the BCD396T covers a wide range from 25 MHz to 1.3 GHz... in the spring or summer I will go for a scanner and its best antenna...
    Take care now

Well i use multiple antenna's which I think is the best worlds. I still got my Radio Shack 800mhz and I use a t-spliter to hook up my magnetic procommm to my scanner. Gernally covered through all ranges. The one thing i liked about the seeker 800 mhz was the VHF was great compared to my radio shack 800 mhz. I sold the seeker to a friend who seems to be buying all the antenna's i don't want

So Rob (you're the man ), what antenna do YOU recommend for the BCD396T, of course you know that the antenna MUST cover a 25Mhz to 1.3 GHz range :?:

Well what do you want to listen to???? Just the trunked radio system og the OPP? I would recommend the Seeker 800 MHz with a magnetic mount connector. But it all depends on what you want to listen too

Hi Rob, sorry for my 1-week absence, I was deeply involved in Canadian Federal Election, very happy that my Conservatives DEFEATED the Liberals, but now I'm back on this forum

What I want to listen to?... EVERYTHING, digital and trunking, in Ontario is OPP and Toronto police and any other local police...
    TIA
