Stealth - I just got the install finished... so far, I haven't checked everything out - I will after I get back from my trip... but it picked up radar (fire station) tonite just...
Tell me what you think... I spent quite a bit of time thinking of how I wanted it... and I like it a lot...

For those who want to see what 1 coat of veil (w/foam brush) does on headlight vs no veil... Passenger side (left light looking at picture) has Veil, driver (right side looking at picture) does not...

OK... talk me through this... i'm not dead set against going with a LI - but not thrilled at the prospect of spending another $750-$1500 IF it's just overkill.

I'm trying to figure out how to "check" your car after you get it set up - without knowing anyone with a laser to shoot you and find out? How do you go about finding friends here that will do that?...

Here are some pictures with closeups of the headlight in question.. maybe some of you experts can tell me, by looking at the pictures - what I did wrong - and need to fix next time...
Not thrilled with my first attempt... One headlight looks pretty good... the 2nd one (did after feathering in the veil on the first.. looks "splotchy".. even though I tried feathering it...

I'm really big on stealth - inconspicuos mountings in and outside the car... which is why I went with the 9500ci. I am putting it on a 2003 MB SL500 - the convertible kinda keeps you...
How long is the factory warranty? I am purchasing my 9500ci on ebay... Is there any problem with registering it and getting updates? Ebay seller says that is not a problem... but ad does stay...

And meant to ask... do the Laser Sheilds actually work as well as Veil, and if used together - put the veil on the laser sheild, or on the license plate under the sheild?
is it against some state laws to have a plastic cover over the license? How do you know which states?
if I'm using a "laser sheild" anti-laser license plate cover - should I veil the license plate UNDER the sheild, or veil the sheild itself - or is this redundancy do anything?

How often do you need to "repaint" surfaces with Veil?
I understand the LI are much superior to the shifters on the ci... so why you would run those together... i'm not following why the 9500 and the V1 together - where they seem to be pretty much the...
