I cant believe it  and i feel bad for the biker's family. I wonder if the camera was set up right after the limit changed from 70 to 55.
The NCHP are good but it seems that they do not patrol like they use to especially on the otherside of raleigh. Plus my local Leos dont really care about speed enforcement so i think.
how you keep the wires attached to the A pilliars. I live in a rual area when not at college (NC State) so it is either going to be the v1 or redline. I still havent persuaded my moms into installing...
Yea I know where that is at. I had to do some field work off of exit 30 for my Co-op job in uptown charlotte.
yea i might just get the redline since i have fam in VA. Just waiting for a sale at Radarbusters
give me a call and I'll see what I can do, if i can't get it down to the price you are...

Yea I know. NC can be a real PITA when it comes to speed but the enforcement is not like Texas unless they are doing some kind of operation from what i have seen.
thanks for all the info. Do you know how this RD will perform in NC
how would you know if they are a authorized dealer. does the bel site list the dealers or would I have to look for it.
Hi I am about to buy a Bel Rx-65 for 199 while it is on sale. I was wondering if this is a good detector that would last me a while (poor college student).
I don't usally speed but since I am in...
Thats another problem that I am having I drive a chevy corsica that is white with a black plastic grill. It has good mounting locations but this car would not cut the mustard when it comes to braking...
Sorry for reviving this thread and the long post but I am thinking about taking the plunge and getting a detector. I am thinking about going mid range because I just an average speeder and I do not...
Are the 995's sold today still use the S7 horn
Does anyone have any IO test videos for the v955 or v995. I am still trying to decide on a mid-range (first detector)
My BS meter pegged on that one...
Well he is correct though. It is more accurate with the exception of sweep errors. He is correct saying it can reach thousands of feet, however so can...
Also there is the cost of replacing the batteries and it is not a few hundred dollars but a few thousand.
I dont know were they got that info from. the volt is not an all electric car like...
I get where you may feel the need to support cameras in accident prone areas. But let me ask you this, did it prevent these accidents or just catch them on video and now they will just have an extra...
I watched the videos in the link at the bottom of the article and was suprised at all the bad drivers in FL . Whoever disagrees with RLC needs to see the vids because I kinda support them if...
x2
It was def NSFW
Come to think about it without the above features people would drive more carefully because you could die in a 10 mph crash . Yea Right like that going to happen . Anyways I agree with...
I am glad that they are enforcing this law. Back at NC I see people failing to move over all the time but I doubt they enforce it here. ie if it not speeding then it does not matter :D
I think that is the direction I wanted this thread to go when I created it. A person would think twice before doing 80 in the left lane and cutting 4 lanes to the right to get to an exit while...
I disagree. Every added safety feature helps. An accident can happen to anyone, at any time. Most people are bad drivers...
that being said, it would be nice if they had chosen radar bands that...
I wanted to start a discussion about all these new and imo unnecessary safety features in new cars like adaptive cruise control that takes the skill out of driving. I drive an older model car that...
