  1. Re: Yet another broken Redline, have to go back to the V1.

See this is the thing bothering me. There are two most common types of original design manufacturers.

Type 1: They design and market products which are sold through a distribution network of VARs...
  2. Re: Yet another broken Redline, have to go back to the V1.

It was sold & shipped by Amazon, not a third party selling via Amazon. Amazon is clearly working with Escort because they called them before they accepted the return. It was brand new with current...
  3. Re: Yet another broken Redline, have to go back to the V1.

You mean personally OR with others. RDF is replete with references to RL speaker issues, including my own.[/QUOTE]

I never had a speaker issue, but i meant with others recently. Have you seen a...
  4. Re: Yet another broken Redline, have to go back to the V1.

Meh, we don't need the government to solve all our isues. Just stop giving this company money. The more research I do the more I see people having this problem everywhere. Why is anyone still giving...
  5. Re: Yet another broken Redline, have to go back to the V1.

I had one before but it was older firmware/hardware, had it for yyyyeeeeaaars. Honestly the redline was really chatty too and I enabled segmenting to help that, which is what it sounds like you're...
  6. Re: Yet another broken Redline, have to go back to the V1.

The redline can be fantastic when it works, but something is going on with their QC and the rude customer support has no excuse. I called support and the woman that picked up asked me a series of...
  7. Yet another broken Redline, have to go back to the V1.

I've had nothing but problems since I've switched to the Redline. Now within two months my sound failed and I almost got a ticket, was really lucky I saw it blinking.

I'm just glad I bought it...
  8. Re: TX, Houston - speeding ticket, officer lied I think, options?

That's horrible advice. Get a lawyer, get the ticket dismissed. I have had ALL my tickets dismissed in court, it is a pain in Houston though since you actually HAVE to go there with your lawyer. It...

  10. Re: Pontiac G8 Valentine 1 Blendmound / Invisicord Integration

    @Indontgo55,

I played around with my buddy's redline and I wasn't too impressed. He does mistreat his toys, so it's possible he damaged or overheated it somehow, but it didn't seem that responsive...
  11. Re: Pontiac G8 Valentine 1 Blendmound / Invisicord Integration

I've been using my V1 for a while. Mostly showing off my new mount and install in the new ride :-D. Only complaints I have about the V1 are build quality related. It's only two years old and it's not...
  12. Pontiac G8 Valentine 1 Blendmound / Invisicord Integration

Just set this up last night in the G8 I got last week. Took about 10 minutes to install, adjust it and zip tie the power cord neatly. I know in the pictures it seems to point up at the sky a bit, but...

Yep! It's mostly re-badged except the front pontiac emblem on the nose and the middle pontiac emblem on the trunk. The trunk side badge is a holden and it has holden center caps on the rims.

    Re: My New Toy!

Thanks! I lived in Albany once. Good times. The GT is a modified LS engine, it's actually an L76 with all that displacement on demand stuff where it runs on 4 cyl to save gas when you just...

Sucks that I couldn't make it out. I over slept. Power briefly went out at my house and while my computers were on UPS my alarm clock wasn't :(. Woke up at like 11am.

I'm pretty happy with the results. This is a solid victory for justice and common sense. I'm also pleased that the city has changed it's tune and is crying about the millions they will lose out on....

Re: Obstructed View - Exactly what does that mean?

Bingo! That's the biggest thing that determines how your stops go. I've seen people treated like **** for minor violations, while I get treated with respect for much worse.

Sorry, but I think you're beating a dead horse. If a foreign or domestic government employee broke RSA the release of information would depend on who in the government broke it. If a contractor for...
