30 would be on a stretch where there's no buildings or anything inhabitable with full visibility of any possible stationary speed trap.

In the more "populated" areas I'm not going more than 15 -...

I really don't speed more than 30 over the limit on the highway, and that's about a $300 ticket here in the Northeast.
