Know a beangarda and she claims she'll only pull a car if it's 20km/h above in a 100km/h zone but I'd say that's rare.
Always heard that due to restrictions in Europe speedos over here generally over tell your speed so you can generally do 10% over the speed limit without the fear of getting caught.

Yea they saved the high spec mondeo for the north bound traffic alright! Worst thing is when you hit the border the speed drops to 70mph on motorway and you are confronted by "average speed" cameras,...
Some do-gooder locals are doing the same in the UK, apparently try and take your reg using binoculars and report you to the local police.
The first part of that vid just gives you the incentive to absolutely floor it as you head for the border on the M1!
