  1. Re: DUI Checkpoint Apps May Vanish After Senator Demands Review

I do not drink and drive but anytime I can avoid one of these check points I do. I got caught in one about 2 years ago near Philadelphia that caused me a delay of almost 30 minutes.

Re: Kansas Legislature Approves 75 MPH Speed Limit

Before we had the nationwide 55 MPH limit in the 70's I believe Kansas was an 80 MPH state.
  10. Poll: Re: Did you buy a radar detector or a laser jammer first

Purchased my first radar detector around 1970 and it was really good at telling me when I was getting close to an airport.

    Re: 94 & 100 Octane gasoline

Sunoco dropped the 94 octane gas a few years ago. Most stations in Eastern PA have 93 and I know all the Shell stations have 93.

Re: DUI check point app for smart phones

I drink very rarely and never drink and drive but I hate getting caught in DUI check points. The delay is often long and if I know in advance where one is I will reroute to avoid it.

  16. Re: Wondering if it's worth it to upgrade Redline to STi-R+

I am planning on adding the STi-R+ in the near future. I suspect that I will continue to run my Redline as well. I also would prefer the red display as all of my other interior lights are red.

Re: whats ur favorite radar detector

My Redline hands down the best detector I've ever had. I'm very impressed with the STi-R and when I can fine someone to do the install like I want I will be running that as well.
