look at the Midland 75-822 and a lil will mag mount or a gutter mount antenna you can quickly mount/ dismount. good luck
Trust me thought about both very hard. It really almost came down to flipping a coin. Both fine detectors, but since I've had good experience with Escort and X50, and all the hours of research said...
Very nice. Where is the v1 mounted?
I'm waiting to see if they will keep up with the threats. Only time will tell if Blinder has born again engineering. Love the size....
Unless in VA get the v1
I have both, but the RL is only for VA.
Otherwise no contest. Reading here, the RL is somewhat fragile.
If you do not drive in VA...V1 Hands down
I have both. If you don't have to drive in VA much, V1 and don't look back.
not cool....
Well that is an unfair trade barrier after all that Cilias and Viagra bought from Canadian shops...
Man, don't get the redline then or you will be really unhappy with the factory mount. The unit is heavy and loosey goosey with the narrow dual cups.
For the RJ cord...try to bend the tab up...
I love that car. The wife and I rented one in FL 2 years ago. Scary fast.
Congrads on the V1. I just put 1200 miles on a new redline (VA routes) and while it is a neat device, the old V1 is...
I do not have any Android data usage stats to report but it should be similar to the iPhone's which is roughly 1MB/hour of use. This number will increase in areas with a lot of Live alerts.
...
Your V1 is interfering with the RedLine causing it to alert late or miss alerts. Due to it's stealth design the RedLine will probably not intefere with the V1 though.[/QUOTE]
Sorry but not...
excellent!!
I just bought a redline because of Some VA driving needed but so far in filtered urban runs (less than 60 Mi.,)
detection is a wash. Great link in this thread...
I just cracked open a new Redline today for those occasional VA roads. Of course I also read today about the crappy speaker failures to go with all the other ills...
Unless used, they are $400...
Excellent...
There is no trumping the arrows period. That said...
1) the original Escort directions spent some time discussing the recognition of radar from the rear and the detection aspects...
Not likely much for radar. Just test drive one and decide yourself...
Good luck.
Hmmm the first part makes a lot of sense....
Better patent that!
ah...OK
Appreciate it.
nice. What is an AFR?
ODG your ave is far too distracting!
worst case though....don't you sort of build hour own map?
