When I got the x50 it didn't look like it was used or anything.. I don't know what to think............

I bought it on ebay.. it is supposed to be brand new and It looks brand new.. The box and everything else was in perfect condition...
I don't even have the POP band ON. I'm going to try to...

IS THERE A WAY TO KNOW IF YOUR X50 IS AN AUTHENTIC NEW ONE OR IF ITS A REFURBISHED ONE???????????? DOES ANYBODY KNOW HOW TO TELL??????

Hello. I just bought the x50 :D :D but I'm getting extreme false alerts on the K BAND.. The X Band is not irritating at all for me but that's not the case with the K Band where I get a false alert...
