When driving on I94, I usually encounter KA radar. They sometimes will use laser on some of the overpasses. I'm familiar with St. Cloud and East bound toward the Twin Cities.

I ended up buying a Whistler xtr-195 at Radio Shack for $19.97(clearance). Haven't had a chance to give it a test run as of today.
