I've never tried an STi and I don't think I'm gonna unless I really need to. I live in VA and I drive around with my V1 mounted high and have had not one problem; sometimes I even have cops directly...

So why is the STI Spectre proof but not the V1? If in fact there's only only one state and DC that make it illegal, then why do what they did for the STI???

Moved recently so now it a drive and a half to get to work and to get to school; also all myfriends are out near where I use to live. I am constantly on the road and I am driving a lot so I have one.

I actually love the sound of the V1's start up it sounds cool, to me.

I can clearly see which band my v1 reads and I can tell very easily and to me I can see it easier during the night time. I thnk if you try it for 30 days you'll see what we are talking about and...

I was acutally thinking about getting an STi and running my V1 and STi when I go on trips...I guess not, I will most likely get an STi if anything ever goes wrong with my V1
