For me it's a deal breaker. I have literally almost 2 feet of extra cord I have to try to stuff somewhere, no thanks. The full coiled cord would make me very happy but preaching on deaf ears.

Customer service is only as good as the person you're speaking with. Attitude is everything. All it takes is speaking with the right person to totally save a deal and or customer.

I just phoned the Express Toll CS # and was told they do take speed measurements but they never report them to the fuzz. None of my "other" dectors ever detected them. FYI this is in Denver, CO.

I just purchased a V1 and have been experienceing false laser alerts everytime I pass an Express Toll license plate camera. Is this a common trait or is my V1 malfunctioning?

Today in Denver it looks like I'm the only user using Escort Live! I'm at work and have the map running and have yet to see a single alert. No bueno.

I'm disappointed that my Live! Smart Cord is longer than the cord it replaces. It has very little coils and is deal breaker for me. Why is it longer than their orginal cord?
