On my end of the state (Western) they like sitting on a bridge with laser. There is no law against RDs in NC.

Not at all sure about the mirrors or wheels but the blade antenna is what I look for when one rolls up behind me.

I see lots of them as well. Look for the On Star blade antenna on the roof of the Suburbans, if it has it, it's not the cops.
