Its because of UPS and their brokerage fee, i had to pay an extra 80 bucks because of it, i was pissed. If they would ship with USPC there probly wouldnt be a problem.
I know if they use a dog, it's grounds for a search and seizure(happened to me 2 years ago), I would assume that a rdd would be reasonable and probable grounds to search your car and the occupents...
