    The way I see it, Bel is offering a fix for their screw up that cost you 70 bucks plus shipping.

    Pay it, or get over it. This is common for many companies to do this so oh well.

    Sure they can do this, but then matching the embedded serial to the sticker would add cost(s). Are you willing to take on these costs (across the board in the electronics industry) to weed out shady...
