X2. I should also note that there are a few more turds rolling around out there as well. That should go without saying, but it impresses me every time I see someone purchase a dud, and are proud of...
Oh what a fantastic idea! I never thought of that. Just need to get my CCP.
Will Bel ever come out with a new software update for the V995? If so, with what and how soon?
Hey,
I live in farmingdale, NY. Its like 40 miles from NYC in long island.
Should I save up and wait for a valentine V1 then? It would take a LONG time (like maybe next winter.[/quote]
If...
Well, if you wanted a new RD for around that price, Roy has the Bel V995 for $230. I have it and got it from him. Not bad at all really. I can't complain.
It was actually a v6.3. So that's why it confuses me a bit. Other than the fact that the V995 isn't quite as good of a detector. I know that for a fact. I miss my X50.
Ok so I do a lot of night driving. I've calculated a rough estimate that only 1 in 3 people are actually able to find the brights->dim switch. WTF. Not only that, I have also noticed that some will...
Right. But I believe I read somewhere that it will make a difference in receiving? Is that right? Maybe that was for scanning alone...
Ok, I purchased my Bel V995 this summer from radarbusters. First off, let me say that it was THE most pleasurable customer service I've ever dealt with. I purchased it, it was a dud, returned it,...
That's what I was afraid of. I'm sure having that on your GPS is like having a Cobra if you know what I mean. It only picks up half the threats.
Well I finally broke down and got one, and I can't believe it took me this long. Its a Magellan 1220. Not bad for under $200 really. Any way to get red light camera locations? Sorry, I know that is...
I absolutely agree with the emergency situation. It makes perfect sense. I want one because I plan on becoming a weather spotter for my area. Always wanted to do it, so I might just go for it. That...
Hey thats awesome! I always enjoy good scanner vids. :D You don't mind if I subscribe to your page do you??
I am also getting my technicians license soon. You wouldn't happen to have any amateur...
This says it all...:)

As I was on my way to and from Columbus IN, I drove by IIA and for about 10 minutes straight, laser went absolutely insane on my X50. I know this has been posted before on here about airports, but...
Well, looks like he's a smart RD user at least. :) I actually like those cars. The looks anyway.
Damn, what a beast. :D
Thanks guys, I really appreciate all the kind words. :)
BTW, I found out this thing's 0-60 time is about 4 sec. Not bad. :D
I ran the quarter in 12.75.
Probably because the shaft limits the size of the back tire, which is my ONLY complaint on the bike. But, I'd rather have a skinnier rear tire than to constantly have chain issues. The shaft is...
Yes, and chains also tend to stretch. It's constant maintenance. I purposely purchased this bike because it was sporty, and didn't have cowling over the motor, so its not specified as a 'racing...
