I had to also raise the head on the rear of my M3 for the same reason. Wish I had know up front.
dont make it harder then it needs to be, just use a level.
nice install. there is no center headrest in the convertible m3 (e93), so not an option for me.
I agree. I had really low heads on my vette and tested it with an LTI; no issues, close range or far.
yeah, more details on the speaker. what model is it, how much was it. Any ideas if we can get it online?
Thanks for the info.
dont use ammonia as a cleaner, will melt the plastic.
i agree, the rears are too low. Not sure about the bubble in advice you got regarding the front heads.....cant say that I have hear that before.
great pics, clean install. I would relocate the v1 remote though.
i just used adhesive sticky tape and it works well so far (used it on an vette for about 2 yrs).
quad install is challenging, but the results were worth it.
why not just mount them in the air duct below the lights. I did on a vette and it worked great.
nice install. you should go for a quad.
Did my install yesterday....was a real challenge with the convertible top, I will post pics at some point.
Wow, that was fast. PM on the way!
never mount behind the grille.
great job, I am going to do this install this weekend. Might need to PM you with questions.
Not new to forum, just new to posting on it. Have the V1 and LI. Used to run the V1/LI on a vette, now looking to install on an M3.
I see one post on how to install on m3 vert, if you know of any...
