I got mine at CarToys (339.00). Blue X50's are harder to find. Also, CarToys offere 4 year free replacement for 39.99.

I don't know,I got the blue and I really think it looks sweet. Alot cooler than I thought it would. Extra cool when driving at night.

Clean the mounting area on the windshield and the cups with Isopropyl alcohol. Works wonders on old cups. My old whistler 1748 mount started falling, cleaning remedied the problem.
