The old V1 lighter plug does not have a filter capacitor inside and it will false laser sometimes. They updated the plug in 1999.

Get a new plug and it should go away. Or put a 1uF filter cap...

If I use my bushnell gun (k band) inside my car, the KA band also goes off and shows 2 bogies. 1 on K and 1 on KA. It does that when it recieves a strong K signal.

The Velocity can display KMH. Just press the ON button and pull the trigger. It toggles between MPH and KPH.
