Congrats! youve got the best out there.
Thanks man, this is a bummer.
Shoot, do they charge you anything?
About a week ago I was heading to work in the morning, just a normal day and when I got to my usual K band false area, something alarmed me. Instead of a one or two LED strength with a few quiet...
I've come to the conclusion that the average person is too braindead to do any searches on what they are buying. It's the same with people who buy v1s and mount them sideways low and facing towards...
Hahaha thank you, she sure can clean up nice huh...lol. Weve all been there, remember the "why do I see a cop but the V1 does nothing!!??" stage.... ahhh classic.
Thank you...lol.. Sometimes people just try to over complicate detection statistics from thier RDs'. It's got sooo many variables that can change the detection distance and gohsting, all that.
The "sensetivity" setting in no way helps your range or detecting abilities, it simply ramps the alert strength faster than normal. Without it you have better judgment of how far away the LEO is.
Heres the vid I've seen, but leave that Ka setting alone, I tried it... It pretty much makes you $hit your pants every time because the ramp up is non existant.

When I flew from Atlanta to home I just put it in my luggage with my pillow and a jacket.. came out just fine.
Sounds like a deal to me, but make sure that it isnt hot before you get it, it could be stolen.
WOW thats a $hit load of money for what they did lol. Next time fire us some pics and we can walk you through the instal to save money. And as for falsing, just set up an automute.
I love that! People look over at you like your some retard because you just went from 85 to 65 then a minute later they get pulled over...lol.
I have to say that I am nowhere close to going...
The Radar Mount for the Escort or Beltronics
Ignore the link names, it's for v1s.
Geez, looks like it was dropped out of a car. If it was me, I would just get another one. You will be spending a lot of money and time on ordering parts and getting it serviced.
Haha I would love to have seen her response. usually they try to argue that they don't need some fancy shmancy radar locator... they dont seem to understand that it will almost never save them in...
I have never seen a V1 around town mounted properly, I've seen about 5 so far since I've owned mine.
I have never heard of other radar detectors falsing X, they will sometimes throw a J reading at you though.
kansas City? That is one of the fastest cities I've ever driven in, people are off the f*cking chain! The only two cities which were crazier were St. Louis, and Atlanta. Everyone has RDs' and they go...
If you've already tried other power cords and power sources, last thing to do is send her in to see her maker.
I'd have to say that Fernley Nv was the longest at nearly 2 miles. The short ones were the laser at maybe 100yrds, and kearney Ne, the LEO was hiding behind a brick wall shooting the rears of the...
Yeah, those signs were shooting da mn far too. I was freakin out the whole time, then I realized what it was.
In case some of you didn't see my last post, This week I took a cross country trip from the Sacramento area to Atlanta Ga. I thought it would be a good time to make a log book of all the detections...
If you can put it in the console or glove box when your not driving then it should be fine. Weve had 110* days these past few weeks and when I took the thing off my mount that mother could have...
If you could design something that you can easily put on and off, I would think your better off with a naked V1 when driving .
