Yeah, I travel in NC a lot and it is bad. They use a lot of instant on. Emporia (just north of the VA and NC line) is very bad too, worse the the NC state as a whole. NC uses a lot of instant on. ...

Would the lack of a front plate might make it harder to use laser in NC?
Since the adhesive might not stick well to the a veil coated headlight, I suspect you would want it on top of the film but someone else may know better.

A news segment just showed the NC State Police using laser in the RDU area.
They were kind enough to show the measuring device was a Pro Laser II.
A V1 with a remote display can easily made very stealth by putting into a visor CD case and clipping it on the sunshield. Just tuck the wiring under the window trim
My V1 has served me well in NC where they use every kind of radar ever made.
They use everything radar including the kitchen sink :lol:
On the rural roads, the HP likes to drive around in slicktops and switch on their rear facing radar after they pass you. Not much...
I've seen no sign of Laser in the RDU area.
