Northern Virginia is HEAVY PL3 by far. Just until last month, most of the county LEOs used PL3 but got hit with the PL3 on route 66 interstate by a state trooper for the first time.

Yeah.. Laser Jamming is detectable if you pull a "riverwabbit" by not turning it off while being painted all the way to where LEO keep looking at his gun, your car.. his gun.. your car...
