Default LPP Quad install on a Pontiac GTO

It is quite upsetting, but it is not my Pontiac GTO , but I did do the install. I also hardwired the V1 and put in a flush mount concealed display. Took me 5 1/2 hours with all disassembly, running wires, and modifications.

Front: 2 Heads in the lower grill (can you spot my goat?)

Rear: 2 Heads on either side of plate:

    Inside:
    V1 Concealed Display

    OEM Kill Switch:

OEM on Australian 9C1 Commodores that is, but close enough. It is back lit by the LPP display LED. Best part of the install by far, going to get one for my car soon too.

Awesome install. I love the idea of oem buttons controlling after-market equipment. Back in the day, I had my cruise control switch wired as the arming switch for my nitrous. <-- That was some funny sh#t!!!

Anyway, my only gripe would be the position of the front heads. I think they are at least 1 slot too low in the bumper. If you have access to a Laser Atlanta or Pro 2, try some center mass shots and walk the beam up the hood. Also, aim slightly above the headlights. Against most other guns, that car should be covered pretty well. Also, the rear install looks optimum. That's a fine @ss!! Again, good job bro!!!

    Nice install! Super stealthy!

Man, you guys really have it made on the rear, that's a nice overhang with which to work with.

FWIW, I agree with PMoth's assessment regarding the fronts. I'm not willing to say that one slot is going to be do-or-die, but I do think that some testing will be necessary, particularly given the specific threats, just to insure complete coverage.

Clarify for me which button is used in the console?

Doesn't it always turn out to take longer than we think to install things.

What did you use to cut the remote display opening?
