Installed LI on Audi A4 - pics included

Hey Guys,

Installed the LI today on the A4 / Spent about 4 hours on it, only to figure out it should have taken about 30 minutes tops...ugh. That's me, alwas doing things the hard way.

Pics involved. I did the best to level it out. Put two pieces of double sided tape, one on top of the other, in the front half of the sensor. It's hard to measure if the final result is level, but I'm 99% sure i'm close...

What do you guys think?

PIC is not the best quality but looks fine! Surprised Darren had the time considering he was hiding behind me in traffic on I-75 with Elvato shooting me with IO KA!

Glad everything worked out for you, did you try the firewall hole on the driver's side? or did you continue routing through the passenger side? Either way, the install looks great, you should have no problems getting JTG performance.

Thanks for the call today - I ended up going through the driver's side as per your suggestion - it worked out great!! / had to put back the whole damn glovebox back on the passenger side after figuring out how to take it all out.

The sad part about the whole story is I spent an hour trying to take off the whole Audi grill. Only to figure out all I had to do was thread it...

What a long day...but i'm glad it's done! - how did you make sure your heads were level? I knew it faced down, so I tried to raise it so that it's level...I don't know how to be sure =)

Use a small level to check for leveling of heads, either in front of the grill or behind would work...

Bah, I'll try again tomorrow, but the problem is that it's tough to fit the level in there or to extrapolate...sigh. The head just fit barely, I had to even ram it to get it to fit lol

Your LI comes with a level chain right?
Well, just flush the level against the head and done!
I just took a pic to help you visualize it. The jammer head is represented by the CD case...
