Default my STiR install - Chrysler 300

I wanted to put a stealth setup in the Wife's new car so I picked up an STiR for it. several reasons I wanted the hidden system,

    1. I want to still give my wife the chance to beet a ticket if she were to still get stopped
    2. I wanted a system that we didn't have to worry about getting it stolen of have to take it down all the time.
    3. I go to Canada a lot for work and wanted a concealed system that was undetectable

    now onto the install pics:

    the Antenna:

Power/warning LED and what you can see is the speaker mounted in the factory location on the dash under the grill:

any guess where the display and controls are?

    here they are:

I removed the ashtray and made a panel that I attached the display and controls to. this way I can remove them easily for servicing if needed. I was going to make a flush mount cover to go over them but decided not to.

    love it, flawless imo

i might of tried to push the sensors a bit further forward, maybe so that it fits into the grill hole, although it looks like the hole is a TINY bit too small.

Nice install, I like where you put the LED light. The wife won't be getting a radar ticket anytime soon.

actually it fits perfectly in the opening but I didn't like it when it was out farther. it was way to obvious and since I wanted to be able to cross the boarder without questions (been searched before)

You should be fine with the antenna, if it had jammer heads then that would be another story.

the install was free I did all the work myself, including making a custom bracket to mount the antenna.

I used the brackets that came with it and made two more brackets to connect the STi bracket to the car. the antenna doesn't move at all.
