    Default Total Install of STi-R, 9500ix & Blinder M47

Ok, here is my total countermeasure install.

It includes my newly acquired STi-R, 9500ix & Blinder M47. Give me your thoughts? I am still considering changing the antenna location by fabricating a plate that attaches directly under the bottom the front plate to allow the antenna to come out a little but opinions are welcome.

My ultimate set-up will be to keep my 8500 X50 as a back up, sell the ix, buy a speedcheetah mirror and V1 to run with my STi-R. One small step at a time.

    Be nice!

my STI - R sticks out about 1/4 of an inch out of the bumper. and it's great. it doesn't need to stick out. so where it is should be okay.

4 heads for the front of an accord o.O. can you say JTG? What about the back?

Nothing in the back right now. If I can ever find the time to get to ATL to hook up with Category4 and run some test, I may move two to the back.

I heard a rumor that Blinder is working on a set-up for the back so I may see what comes about first.

I think your STi-R placement is perfect. It has a great clear view of the road.

Looks good. You run both the ix and sti-r in spec mode? Jammer head placement looks good; I think putting all four Blinder heads up front is kinda overkill though.

I am running the STi-R in threat mode and the ix in expert mode. I agree with the overkill comment on the M47 and believe the M27 will work fine but until I can test it I want to be absolutely positive!

I would run one of the 2 in Tech/Spec display.

    Thanks for the comments, guys.

From what I am hearing it appears that most think my antenna is good to go, so I will probably leave it alone.

Will probably change the STi-R back to spec mode and leave the IX in expert mode which is as close to a bogey counter minus the arrows that I can get to right now.

I have mainly run the STi-R in threat mode just to watch the ramp up and it has been very smooth and consistent which leads me to believe I may have the update even though BELSCORT has been very gracious in allowing me to send in and have it checked out. We'll see!
